Our Principles

Part of VCCP’s success has come from its longstanding dedication to its ten founding principles. They were established at launch to be the antithesis to all the frustrations the founders had experienced at other advertising agencies. It means we spend less time managing and more time thinking.

Our People

VCCP Prague opened in 2010, and was originally set up to service O2 Czech Republic and O2 Slovakia, two of the biggest clients in this region. Since the launch VCCP Prague has grown and now employs over 30 people of different nationalities and services multiple clients.

VCCP Prague is part of the VCCP micro network, founded in London in 2002, around Charles’ kitchen table where the founding partners Charles Vallance, Adrian Coleman, Rooney Carruthers and Ian Priest were united by their desire to un-do the bad habits of big agencies. The agency was founded on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels.

VCCP has expanded its agency vision and opened offices across Europe and the world with over 1000 employees in London, Berlin, Prague, Madrid, New York,  San Francisco and Sydney.
